Real Bride Style

Bold, Colorful Mexican-Inspired Wedding

Karla and Tony’s wedding was a colorful Latin-themed event. Karla chose her elegant dress because it’s light and flowy (she’s a dancer and needed to be able to dance), and the Alençon lace gave it a Spanish feel.

She accented with splashes of bright yellow—yellow flowers in her hair and yellow heels. For jewelry, Karla chose to go simple and only wore chandelier earrings and a bracelet (both gifts from Tony). Tony chose a black tuxedo to contrast all the colors, but accented his classic look with a yellow tie and a handmade fabric boutonniere. The groomsmen wore similar boutonnieres made from the same fabric as the bridesmaids’ dresses.
