Despite reports that the couple is kaput, Simon Cowell‘s fiancee, makeup artist Mezhgan Hussainy, was spotted at Badgley Mischka looking at wedding dresses during a sample sale, according to The Mirror.  Although there’s no definite word on wedding plans yet, Mezhgan seems to be sending a pretty clear message.
