Former American Idol contestant Kellie Pickler wore a gorgeous Badgley Mischka gown when she got married to Kyle Jacobs on New Year’s Day. Designers Mark Badgley and James Mischka said in a statement that they were thrilled to design the country star’s wedding dress. The classic ballgown dress they designed, which included a tulle ballgown skirt that could be removed to reveal a mini dress beneath, was “perfect for her amazing figure.”

“I really didn’t ask for anything at all,” Kellie told People. “They just took such great care of me and did it all. I just stood there and instantly fell in love with it.”
