Fall 2012 Wedding Dresses Fashion Forecast
Ready-to-wear New York Fashion week has started, but come mid-October, it is New York Bridal Week that is taking over. New wedding dresses will be presented to the press to be sold in bridal salons in 2012. Parisian born Severine Ferrari, editor- in-chief of Wedding Dresses and Engagement 101 magazines, has just released her predictions for the 6 new trends about to hit the bridal runway. 2012 and 2013 brides and celebrities should consider wearing these romantic or fashion forward new trends.
1-Lace Wedding Dresses
Lace has made a huge come back through celebrity weddings and is bound to be everywhere on the runway. This timeless trimming can be used for discreet details, like on Kim Kardashian’s strapless wedding dress, or more lavishly all over like on Kate Middleton’s wedding dress.

2- Wedding Dresses with Sleeves
Short, 3-quarter or even puffy sleeves will be everywhere. Brides who still want to go strapless will have the option of picking a bolero jacket that they can remove for the reception. The sleeves fabric will be solid (satin or organza) or transparent (illusion net, chiffon or lace).

3- Wedding Dresses with Dots and Prints
Wedding Dresses are sometimes inspired by ready-to- wear and though we might see some stripes, polka dots, and painted silks or prints will offer some alternative wedding dresses options.
