Debra Moreland presents new Paris accessories

We caught up with Debra Moreland of Paris at New York Bridal Market today. She has new fancy earrings, big bold necklaces and a collection of bridal belts, some made out of white leather. Here is a selection of our favs. We were also very impressed by the hand painted veils and accessories.
