The Victor Harper Fashion Spring 2013 collection will be walked down the runway at Bridal Reflections on Fifth Avenue in New York City location (they have 3).  The designer, whose wedding dresses are the definition of grace, will be at the bridal fashion show to mingle with brides. The Victor Harper Fall Collection is also available at Bridal Reflections Bridal Salon.
