Lazaro presented three collections tonight during a grand fashion show.  Noir by Lazaro, a collection of cocktail dresses with great LBDs. Tara Keely a fresh and affordable line of wedding dresses. Last but not the least Lazaro Couture. Each collection had incredible details, down to the hair and make-up with our current favorites,braids.

Bridal Market presents unique designs for everyone

Call me old fashion, but I LOVE lace. I love the look. I love the feel. I love the way it adds a soft romantic touch to a brides’ overall appearances as she gracefully floats down the aisle. For me, I don’t think I could be a bride without some lacey element to my look.

The Theia Fall 2012 Collection showcases different aspects of lace in many of their dresses for tall, slim women. While I’m neither tall nor slim, my heart went aflutter with some these elegant looks.

This one is absolutely my favorite. If I was tall and skinny, girl, you best believe I’d never take off this beauty. The cap sleeves are just so elegant without being overly conservative or old looking. And the silhouette hugs a girl’s hips just so, keeping the look womanly rather than too little girly. This is the perfect look for a bride like me wanting to have lace without looking like I rolled out of my grandmother’s attic.

And of course, if I was tall and slim, this would be another dress I’d consider. This lace, slip-like dress is breathtaking. Any girl making her grand entrance down the aisle with this delicate frock would definitely reduce her future husband to tears or at least have him say, “Thank you, God!” under his breath when he realizes he is marrying the most beautiful woman in the world. It’s so simple, yet elegant. Sexy, yet classy. It truly is an exquisite gown if you can pull it off.  Wish I could, but I definitely have a super tall friend I know whom this would be perfect for.

Of course Theia isn’t just about lace. There’s more modern, non-lace looks in the line, including this jumpsuit.

While I think it’s a pretty jump suit and I can envision a girl rocking it down the aisle, I honestly couldn’t do it. I’m looking for my bridal gown and a gown is what I need. But to the girl who makes this work for her, I totally give you props for being confident and fashion forward.  Maria Karin created a design that was the best of both worlds: a beautiful assemble with Asian influence but both a dress and pants. Even I’d wear this (just probably not for my wedding).

Another favorite design for me was Alfred Angelo’s vintage inspired collection. Especailly with my wedding’s theme being vintage butterfly garden, this dress would be PERFECT for my occasion. I love the off the shoulder sleeves, a style which is very diffcult to find. Everytime I’ve gone to a bridal salon they say their seamstress will just have to add off the shoulder sleeves. But adding never looks quite the same as being meant for the dress. Alfred Angelo defintely makes this gown look like every piece was meant to be together.

Francesca Miranda also had a beautiful off the shoulder look that was more modern and still quite lovely. I think it would be perfect for my ceremony that is outside on castle grounds. The detail up top and the ethereal look to the bottom really drew me in. I could see my guests just being wowed by my entrance as I passed them in the aisle. The only catch for me is that there isn’t any lace– a must for this particular bride.

And of course, true to form, Lazaro wowed with his amazing, detail-oriented gowns. Just look on the back of this beauty. If you like bling, then his line was made for you. I love the sparkle, and my cousin says I should go for a more glistening dress to match my ring. I think she’d be a fan of this. I’d definitely feel beautiful on my wedding day.
